Add Option:

Select Add Option to setup a Product option

Internal Name:

Enter an internal name, this will be used internally for tracking of product options.

Display Name:

This is the name that is view on the checkout process, invoices and customer accounts.

Field Type:

You have a range of different field types you can choose from.

Required:

You can set if this product option is required or not.
