1) Sign up

After you sign up, you’ll be able to access your BillingServ admin panel.

2) Log in

Go to the admin login page and sign in with your email and password: /admin/login Depending on your environment and account configuration, you may also see:
  • Bot protection (e.g. “I’m not a robot”)
  • Passkeys / 2FA (if enabled)

3) Complete the first-start wizard

On your first login, BillingServ will guide you through a setup wizard to get the essentials configured before you start taking orders. Typical steps include:
  • Company / site details: Business name, contact details, branding basics.
  • Billing settings: Currency, invoice numbering, payment terms.
  • Tax settings: VAT / tax rules and regions (if applicable).
  • Payment gateways: Connect Stripe/PayPal/etc so you can accept payments.
Once finished, you’ll land on the Dashboard.

4) Next: Dashboard

The Dashboard is your home screen for monitoring invoices, orders, and support at a glance. See Dashboard in the sidebar to learn what each widget means.
