The Bookings page is where you manage scheduled customer bookings. Use it to monitor booking status, review booking details, and handle operational follow-up.

What you’ll see

  • Booking list
    A table of booking records with key details such as customer, date/time, and status.
    • View: Open full booking details.
    • Edit: Update booking information when needed.
    • Status updates: Mark bookings through your workflow.
  • Search and filters
    Narrow bookings by status, customer, or date range.
For most teams, the usual flow is:
  1. Review upcoming bookings.
  2. Confirm details and update status as work progresses.
  3. Close completed bookings and follow up where needed.

Day-to-day usage

  • Check upcoming bookings at the start of each day.
  • Keep statuses current so the team has a reliable operational view.
