Purpose

The Dashboard is the main overview screen after login. It surfaces the most important operational metrics so you can spot issues quickly (billing, provisioning, and support).

What you’ll see

  • Unpaid Invoices: How many invoices are currently unpaid.
  • Overdue Invoices: How many invoices are past their due date.
  • Pending Orders: Orders waiting to be processed (manual review, provisioning, or automation).
  • Open Support Tickets: The current support workload.
Depending on your configuration, the Dashboard can also show:
  • Customer and order trends (charts).
  • A Pending Orders table with sorting and pagination.

Using the dashboard

  • For quick daily checks, have a look at Overdue Invoices and Open Support Tickets first.
  • If a customer says “my order isn’t working yet”, check Pending Orders to see if anything still needs attention.
