What this page is for

The Support Settings page controls how support options are presented across the platform.

What you can configure

  • Support departments
    Enter departments as a comma-separated list (for example Technical, Billing, Sales). These values are used in ticket department selectors.
  • Show pre-sales contact form
    Toggle whether the pre-sales inquiry form is shown to non-logged-in visitors.

How it affects support flow

  • Department values appear in ticket forms so tickets can be categorized correctly.
  • Enabling pre-sales form allows visitors to submit general pre-sales inquiries.

Saving changes

After updating fields, click Save to persist settings.
