Support departments
Enter departments as a comma-separated list (for exampleTechnical, Billing, Sales). These values are used in ticket department selectors. -
Show pre-sales contact form
Toggle whether the pre-sales inquiry form is shown to non-logged-in visitors.
How it affects support flow
- Department values appear in ticket forms so tickets can be categorized correctly.
- Enabling pre-sales form allows visitors to submit general pre-sales inquiries.
